GIN&TONIC

Ingredients
50 ml of gin
150 ml of tonic water
5 Thompson grapes
Purple basil
Mixing
Smash the green grapes with a table spoon of refined sugar
Add the gin and stir
Add some ice cubes to your glass
Strain the grapes to the cocktail glass, leaving the pomace behind
Complete the drink with tonic water
Finish your cocktail with a basil sprig. Slap open the basil to add the aroma.
